LOUISVILLE, Ken. (WAVE) – A reward is being offered by the Humane Society of the United States in the hopes of finding those responsible for a serious case of animal cruelty.
It comes after a dog was dumped from a car window and left to die.
It happened late Tuesday in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.
“It was discovered as a woman stopped at a traffic light at Chestnut and Liberty, she said she thought she heard something and she was like looking around and saw a trash bag,” explained Rebecca Eaves of the Shamrock Arrow Fund.
